Binondo, Manila: Spoil Your Taste Buds At Wai Ying Fast-Food

Once upon a time (Well, most stories start with this) I remember we were riding in a jeepney on our way home when one of my colleagues said, Let's go to Binondo! Let's eat there! Everyone was looking each other. I was really hesitant that time. I was like, are you sure?
We just came from a very tiring day at work, everyone was sleepyhead and silent. I really thought that would not happen because the plan was just to eat near our place and it was quite far from us. On the other hand, I was also thinking to push this. We have been planning this even before to eat there. We knew there's a lot of savory chinese restaurants.
After a small discussion about where to eat, we decided to let this happen. Ok, so majority won. My hungry stomach didn't win the battle. We rode another jeepney going there, it was traffic and we were like sardines inside amid rush hour.

Wai Ying Fastfood. I will recommend this right now. Eating here is a must try! Foods were really unforgettable. This was my second time to eat in chinese resto, my first was when we ate in golden fortune. I'm sorry but I really love siomai it may be steamed or fried I can eat unlimited. Ohh My, so mouthwatering! I will surely go here again. We went there roughly 9 in the morning, there were only few people. The place was very cool for me, because it was entirely painted blue. I was really hungry that time.
When you're in a place like this which is new to you make sure you're with someone who is very knowledgeable. Good thing, Kenneth was there, our colleague who is half chinese and near the place. He said they eat almost every sunday in Wai Ying before. So we bet he knew a lot about the best of the best foods in town. We then gave way and just waited. So these were the foods we ate. I actually inserted "A must try!" to those I am confident can be a main reason of going back.

Two Thumbs Up! I honestly can't wait to eat here again. I still remember the taste of each food we ate, that was totally like a hit by the storm. I really am fell in love with chinese foods. What's interesting for me is that I didn't crave for rice which is very unusual if the food is really good. Perfect if you don't want to gain weight. What were on the table were enough. "Our stomach were full as well as our friendships were filled with great memories"

Please take extra care, everyone! And guess what? It’s August again, which means it’s my birth month! Yehey! How will I celebrate my birthday this year? Honestly, I don’t really know yet. I have a few little things I’d love to do with mi familia, but nothing too grand. I think I just want to keep it simple, just like the previous years. God has been so good to me, always. I’m incredibly grateful for all the blessings He continues to give me, for the people He has placed in my life, and for the opportunity to be blessed so I can also be a blessing to others. Here’s to another year of life, love, lessons, and countless reasons to be grateful. Welcome back to another new blog post! Another day, another travel story to share. This time, let’s talk about hiking. Let me ask you—have you ever climbed a mountai...

Casa Manila Intramuros: A Short Walk To The Trace Of The Colonial Past

How well do you know your country? Do you know well your history, cultures and traditions? Definitely not and that's really understandable. We wake up everyday and it's a human nature to think about what to eat or unfixed issue at work first. It's vague to say that we are living in this world where those things we've learned when we where in school are not useful or relevant in our everyday lives. Because time is important we no longer need to make it more complex and use trigonometry when we buy gas at the pump or at the grocery store. So, if I could answer that question how well I know my country, the Philippines? Let say from 10 the highest, it's a 5. Although I really love my country, from hardworking Filipinos to top-notch beaches and also my favorite subject before was History, I just forget it because these things are not useful on my daily chores. Sadly, we tend to just pass by these important details which are the roots of who we are now. How about you my...

¡Hola, amigos y amigas! How are you today? Isang maulan na umaga! It's a multilingual day today as I'm kicking off this new blog with a mix of Spanish, English, and Tagalog. I thought it would be a fun way to greet everyone! Well, I've been feeling a little under the weather for about a week now. It's flu season, and a strong typhoon has just passed through the country, leaving us with rain that seems to fall 24/7. Kaya naman , it's been the perfect weather to stay indoors, get some much-needed rest, and gather my thoughts for today's blog. Boracay Keyhole Who here loves Olivia Rodrigo ? If you do, welcome to the club! Have you listened to her new songs—" Stupid Song ," " The Cure ," and " Maggots for Brains "? I've had them on repeat since last month, and I still haven't gotten tired of them. The lyrics, the artistry, the production—oh my, everything is just wow! I especially love how the songs blend sounds reminiscent of...
