3 Smoothies That Will Give You Summer Vibe

It's more than 1 month ago when we bought a new blender. It's now a month old. Yey! Sorry if I used you too much to make smoothies but don't worry they were all refreshing! Even before when I was like 10 years old I always wanted to have a blender. Perhaps the main reason is it still amazes me how it can turn solid into like slime in just a snap. Isn't it a great invention? It's really a great help especially for those who have issue in chewing their food or somewhat tired of eating.
Living in a tropical country like the Philippines will give you so much love to the sun and fruits. It's like you always want the whole year to be summer and your house is nearby the beach. Oh my I want another summer! So, to pacify myself I will just drink a lot of tropical fruits smoothie which I personally created. These were just inventions. As much as possible I would really want to have a very light and clean taste of the fruits. Smoothies are not only helpful if you're on a diet but healthwise? Yes! I highly recommend to drink and make one or two everyday. It will be worth it for sure as month goes by. These are all quick and easy. So if you have time you might wanna get your blender now. Enjoy experimenting!

Paradise Philippines 2025: Siargao

Para, para, paradise!! Lovely morning, y’all! How’s everyone doing? It’s already May, and so much has been happening lately, office dramas, rotational brownouts, mood swings, the rainy season creeping in, rising inflation, bits of great news, and heartbreaking headlines caused by corrupt politicians. But through it all, you and I still have to keep moving forward, keep showing up, and keep choosing life every single day. That’s probably why little escapes and quiet moments away from the noise feel extra special these days. Today, we’re diving into a new blog post, and I have a question for you: if you were given the chance to escape today — even just for a little while — away from all the responsibilities and stress of the world, where would you go? Would you finally visit the place you’ve been dreaming about for so long? Or would you rather wander off to somewhere random, with no plans at all? More than two years ago, I found myself asking this question: now that I finally had...

WOW Philippines 2024: Moalboal (Cebu Again)

Cebu , I’m back—back for you. I’ve missed you, and I hope you’ve missed me too. Welcome me again as I begin to explore you even deeper. Let me start by saying this: this trip happened almost three years ago, at a time when life felt unbearably heavy. After everything I went through, I needed an escape—a moment to breathe. And this journey became exactly that. It was my oasis in the middle of a desert, a quiet refuge when everything else felt chaotic. In many ways, it felt like something heaven-sent—an answered prayer that gently helped soothe and steady my heart. What about you—how do you cope when life takes an unexpected turn? How do you rise after everything seems to fall apart? And when the unforeseen happens, when you feel completely unprepared, how do you begin again? Have you ever come across the idea of grounding, or “ earthing ”? I started noticing it through videos online, and from what I understand, it’s essentially about reconnecting with the earth—...

Museo San Agustin Intramuros: Tale Of The Oldest Stone Church In The Philippines

It's not fool to say that April month is on its way! Aren't you excited? One more week to go and we need to turn another calendar page. What are you looking forward to? Yey! The long wait is almost over and I can feel the summer here in the Philippines. Without a doubt, one of the things you have on your list this April is "grand vacation". For students, definitely a much longer hours of sleep since officially most are already on school break this time. For catholics, let's not forget that Holy Week falls on April this year. Are you ready for the Visita Iglesia(church visit)? Well, you're maybe still on the process of searching for your seven churches and if I'm correct you might wanna consider  San Agustin Church especially if your route is just within Manila City. Aside from Casa Manila, this is also a must-see place in the Walled City, Intramuros . It was last year when I visited this church for the holy week also and that was the only time I had a ch...
